The master bedroom located on the main floor offers you an opportunity to wake up to ocean views! A beautiful king bed is the setting of navy and green hues is the perfect room for restful slumber and features an ensuite bathroom! When you're ready to take in that ocean breeze, just open the door to connect to the front deck!
SQUEEZE THE DAY - Bright and cheery with an Amalfi Lemon feature wall, this bedroom features a plush king size bed for you to catch up on your zzz's and an ensuite bathroom!
THE SANDY JUNGLE - Pink and green hues set the vibe for this beach jungle! A comfy king size bed is waiting for you! Walk right out onto the back deck from your room to see gorgeous views of the sound!
COME FLY WITH ME - No coastal Carolina beach house in the First in Flight State is complete without an aviation room! With two bunk beds having 4 twin beds total, this room is the perfect place for the kiddos to dream with plenty of beds for them to all pile in for a slumber party!
UNDER THE SEA - Kids will love this Ocean themed room feature plush toys, books and octopi! This fun filled room features a sounds views and a bunk bed with slide from the top bunk
THE CORAL - Step on out to the back deck from your room for stunning sunsets on the sound or catch the view from your king size bed!

The Perfect Getaway! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Cushy Coast House. From the very beginning, the owrner was wonderful to work with. The owner was so attentive and quick to answer any questions we had. The house was breathtakingly beautiful inside and out. My family and I will definitely be back!!

Fabulous Stay - Ocean in front, Marsh in back, Gorgeous inside! Beautiful, brand-new home with unobstructed ocean and marsh views. Gorgeous decor that feels like home rather than a vacation rental. Plenty of spaces indoors and out for a large group to enjoy. Loved the porch swing! Thoughtful touches for all ages and even for our dog. We are quite particular about where we stay on the island and this one is a gem! Excellent communication pre-rental and throughout our stay. Definitely one of our favorite vacation homes on the island. Many thanks!
